I used them re-secure the lining inside a tire well where some of the rivets had gotten lost. These worked well with a large variety of sizes and lengths. I recommend only installing them while cold (don't leave in the Texas sun while installing). The get soft and don't "pop" like they're supposed to. Stretch & stretch, get another grab and stretch some more....they eventually pop. If you do need to install them in direct sun, cove them or better yet, drop a small supply in a glass of water to keep them stiff.

So I bought these for my 98 Volvo s70 (white block) for the wheel well mud flap at the front. The ones from factory were metal. Some were missing when I got the car. From factory I needed 4mm. Well good thing I got a kit with different sizes. Once I got the ones that were broken out. I was able to use those 6mm for the larger holes and smaller for others. Never used a plasric rivet till that day. They work as intended. Wouldn't recommend for something you need to have high strength. But for trim pieces that aren't under pressure work fine. I also didn't use a rivet gun. Just a tool to hold the rivet in place and a pair or needle nose to pull the center pin out. Would buy again if I need more. Honestly I don't see me using all of these. Lol

Seems like they are adequate... but they didn't impress me to the point of 5 stars. Will I buy them again? Yes, I will... I mean they are just rivets! And the exist out of sight!
