It is included in our 12-piece system. However, due to high demand and COVID-19 issues we are currently sold out. We expect to have stock back in around mid April (if not earlier).

I see they have the door attachment but can they be used outside clipped to a fence?

Yes they can. A lot our users clip them to fences, wrap them around poles and fixtures with the ankle/wrist straps and more. Great versatility for attachment points - unlike many other systems out there.

Can you buy the bar separately?

Unfortunately, we do not sell the bar separately.
