I ended up having a c section but still tried these as i was so excited to use them 😂 very cooling and comfortable, i would order more of the pants as they were so comfy especially with the c section. Definitely a hospital bag necessity!

I used this in my first pregnancy and loved them. This time round, with my c section, I used them for longer. I would use them for three months if it wasn’t for the cost 😊 super comfy, Practical, didn’t rub on my scar, nothing else I’ve tried has been as comfortable.

Like every product related to pregnancy and postpartum, your mileage may vary. I found these pads to be amazing, so much so I bought a second box and gifted the spares to a pregnant friend. Some women may not get on with them but baby number 2 is on the way and I will be buying them again. I will say they are bulky and a bit expensive but the trick is to put them in your pull ups and lie down or recline back not sit on them or go wandering around.

Quite bulky and uncomfortable. Then I barely felt the ice at all, plus it turns to water after a short while so adds to the bulkiness. Didn’t enjoy wearing these at all.The knickers are the only good part, I bought more of these.

Nice product and definitely useful postnatally. However I found them really hard to ‘pop’ and it took me a while and some real force to set the cold off. They’re also really huge so if you’re small like me they will feel massive when using them.

These are great! I loved the underwear so comfortable and the ice packs are good but thick. My only thing is that you still need to wear maternity pads with these underwear fyi, so please remember to buy them

The delivery was perfect, on time as usual. The padsicles also came with 2xdisposable knickers which was a nice surprise.While I really loved the disposable knickers and ended up buying more, I wasn't a huge fan of the padsicles.They are VERY bulky, and nearly impossible to sit on, especially if you've had stitches after delivery.I forgot to use them in the hospital, which is when they would have been more useful, as I was lying in bed most of the time. Once I got home, I only got to use one, because I couldn't sit properly on it. It's also quite difficult to walk while waring these, due to how big they are!So I would suggest to use them when lying down, as soon as possible after delivery, to benefit as much as possible from them.

We made sure to have these at the ready when we got back from the hospital, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Our bathroom was stocked to the ceiling with this brand's products, and we used every single one of them! No regrets at all—just pure convenience and satisfaction.
