Does it come with everything to do a complete replacement

Yes it comes with everything. For one time replacement.

mine did not come with the blade. What can I use instead that will be safe enough? Also do you need to get it hot to be able to remove the screen?

After reading the instructions I felt nervous enough that I paid a repair organization an additional $40 to do the replacement. I am happy with the results.

which youtube video is best? This does not come with instructions and there are hundreds of videos.

After receiving the kit and reading the instructions I decided to have a professional do the replacement. It cost an extra $40 but I am happy with the results.

is this a white one or a black one? I cant see anywhere in the description what colo it is

As the picture shows, it is white.
