Q: I can’t see a pic of the back, I have a huge commercial stainless hood & am used to having my timers there, can I add a magnetic strip to this 1? Thx

You can add a magnetic strip if you don't care about obliterating the decal containing user instructions. It addition, there are 4 rubber feet that are about 1/8" high, so you'll have to shim the strip.

Q: Does the alarm continue until stopped, our does it stop by itself?

It stops after one minute, but the timer continues to count up so you know how long since the alarm went off.

Q: Can you count up from a input time? Like type in 15:00 and begin counting up from there?

No, the count up timer has to start at 0:00. There is no way to enter an initial time into the count up function.

Q: Does the red flashing light continue to flash until the user responds? Another Marathon timer that I tried stopped blinking red after one minute.

it stops beeping and flashing after one minute and the timer continues to count up from the time it stopped.
