I have used several different EMF blocking hats and caps and this one has the best quality silver fiber and cotton material. I have a big head and the others were too tight of fit but this does stretch and is able to fit smaller heads. I work in a high EMF environment and not wearing this I get tons of headaches and dizziness. Once I wear this those symptoms go away. It's been a life saver for me.
