This is my favorite assorted coffee box to send as a gift. I sent it for years before I started buying a box now and then for our household. The beans are always fresh. We grind them ourselves. The flavor is consistently good. This gives me the confidence to order Bean Box when we need coffee or when I need to send a delightful gift.

I have never given a 5 star review and believe me Bean Box has earned it. Great service, great product what more can you ask from a company. Well, here is where it gets better, I needed this Birthday present sooner then they could ship and Yael Morrison, Coffee Concierge contacted me and explained that they would provide the freshest roast and would ship it 2nd Day Air at not extra charge! There was no package of coffee more that 5 days old and two were roasted on 27 Sep and we received the package 29 Sep.That is taking care of the customer. My son is looking forward to experiencing the 16 different choices that are been provided in the World Coffee Tour Gourmet Sampler and the candy was a nice touch too.. I my self will be placing an order because the coffee tasted great! The Sampler price was very reasonable and with the service I can say it was well worth it!!!Thanks Bean Box and War Eagle!

Bean box is definitely an awesome idea. The box is very nice, the packaging is professional, and the 3 caramels were a nice touch. I was eager to try interesting espresso flavors. However, almost all were light or very light roast, a few medium, and none dark. If you like that style, you might enjoy the collection. For me, though I normally enjoy small batch artisanal coffee and drink espresso with any roast (except the burnt Starbucks style or anything that comes in a pod), it was like drinking vinegar, so acidic they curdled creamer and left a nasty aftertaste. The descriptions sound inviting, milk chocolate, plum, lime, black tea, brown sugar, etc., but what I tasted was plain foul, more like fermented compost.The item is non returnable. After trying 3 of the bags (1 very ligt and 2 light-medium, none palatable but the light one positively alarming) and feeling deeply disappointed for wasting $89, I contacted the seller for a replacement with maybe darker roasts, waiting to hear back. Will update review once they reply.Update:The customer service is simply amazing. They go above and beyond with helping you dial in your grinding and brewing methods to get the right taste from each type of coffee. Bravo Bean Box!

Purchased this as a gift for my friend who loves to try different coffees. They have tried them all and really like them. Needless to say they loved the gift! Great variety, great taste , great quality and freshness. Jus wish the bags were a little bit bigger for the price .

My father likes coffee, and I thought it would be a good christmas gift.How right i was! He loves to taste the different flavors. Beware though, I'm not a coffee enthusiast(I drink whatever will keep me awake) I couldn't tell the difference between the types. But drinking it outside will greatly improve its flavor

Fantastic customer service. I made a mistake on my order and canceled within under a hour because the product wouldn’t arrive in time for a gift that I needed. Bean Box customer service replied back to me the next business day with a full refund and shipped the bean box anyway for me to enjoy. What business does that? A business that puts their customers first before money. Today I brewed the Drip Blend that was in the box and it blew my head off and knocked my wife off her feet. The coffee was AMAZING! Fresh and roasted with perfection. Probably one of the best coffee we’ve ever had and definitely on our top five list. Because of their customer service and coffee perfection they have gained a new customer that will be placing monthly orders. box was covered in amazon stickers that were impossible to pull off without damaging the images. As this is a gift, it was very inconvenient. product is otherwise as described.

The porches of coffee or smaller than I thought, each pouch only has enough coffee beans for about a shot of espresso. Other than that great for a gift!
