Well, let me tell you this...IT WORKS!I have had problems with inflammation around my knees and was constantly taking anti-inflammatory pain relievers. The pain relievers only masked the pain for a short time. So, I started searching for a product that would help combat the inflammation PLUS offer additional health related benefits. I'm no stranger to turmeric. I used the powdered turmeric a lot on certain foods, and it works wonders. As a result, I figured I'd give this product a go. I noticed significant relief in the pain and inflammation level in my knees within a few days to a week. After 2-3 weeks, I felt no more pain. Would have given 5stars if the product was actually 2000mg per serving as the product description states. Its only 1000mg per serving (2 tablets). Other than that I honestly have to give this product praise. I've had ongoing chronic pain in my elbow and hip and after taking this daily for 2+ weeks my pain has significantly decreased. I was originally told by the Dr to take glucosamine and msm. Well I did for months with zero relief. This product however did help

So I had an awful knee injury back in 2011 when i was still playing college ball. I broke my tibia plateau in 13 places, and tore my patella, mcl and meniscus. It was a freak accident at practice, so as a bigger man (270lbs) my knees were in constant pain. I was diagnosed with degenerative arthritis in 2012 as a result, so I've been on a constant chase for pain management. These pills have been amazing for me. I know that estrogen acts as an anti-inflamitory so this would make sense.The Turmeric has decreased these symptoms by about 90% in the last few weeks.I must note that prior to this I had changed to a plant based diet (not for the first time).In short - I would def recommend trying this product and will continue it myself

I'm 57 yo and way too young to be limited on physical activity. I've had one total knee replacement. The last year the other knee has really been bothering me. I gained almost 30#. About 4 months ago I started having terrible pain in my shoulder. I know arthritis is going to be in my life due to family genes.
