You will need mounting screws and single sided presser foot.
Although it did not come with mounting screws, I used standard needle thumb screws to mount to a Juki DNU-1541S clone. The screws supplied are for the assembly of binder. Standard needle thumb screws, will be long enough to attach binder to table, and are the same thread size and pitch as the screws supplied.I ordered, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018ZLBVVW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I got the 2 screws I needed and a guide. The binder worked well, I used 1" binding tape, measurement of opening is 1 3/32" , 27.86mm.I had no problems with heavy material for a boat cabin. The opening for the work to go through at the fold point, is a little over 7/64”, or 3mm.

Incorrect bend on in-feed area makes operation more difficult
The bend on the in-feed area on my Sew-Link 1" binding attachment pushes the material out away from the binding tape. The bend should feed straight in line with the guide out-feed, but this one is bent too far to the left. That makes it difficult to keep the material fully inserted into the binding during stitching. This is especially true with stiff material like window vinyl or polycarbonate. My other 3/4" binding fold attachment that I have does not do this because the in-feed and out-feed are aligned.. Unfortunately I didn't figure out what the problem was until after it's too late to return. As others have said, I also did not get the thumb screws and so I had to buy some at my local sewing machine dealer. It fits my Juki-1541S with no need to use a one sided presser foot. Update 2/8/2021 - I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars. After bending it with my pliers and mounting it on the machine at the maximum counterclockwise angle (only a few degrees), I was able to make it work, but it still should work as built without modifications. Also you need to lift the material up to make sure it feeds directly into the center (vertically) of the in-feed or the or the metal flanges will tend to push the material out of the stitching line.
