B12 (CYANOcobalamin) does not appear to be plant based
The product description states that it contains Plant based vitamins. The form of B12 stated in the description is Cyanocobalamin which is a synthetic form while the natural form is usually Methylcobalabin. Given this, I am not sure if all the B vitamins in the product are naturally sourced!

I’ve been using Vlado’s Himalayan Organics B-Complex (120 Vegetarian Tablets) for daily energy support. The tablets are easy to swallow and don’t cause any stomach discomfort when taken after food. After a couple of weeks, I noticed better overall energy levels and slightly improved focus during workouts and long work days. It’s especially helpful if your diet is inconsistent or low in B vitamins. No side effects so far. Packaging is secure and the bottle lasts a good amount of time with 120 tablets.
