In Short -Good Aid if you do not have someone to press that neck of yours.Pros:1. Good Quality Leather and overall quality is fine.2. Does the job as you can pull on it and work the beading in and hard.3. All accessories came in good and working condition, no problem whatsoever.Cons:1. No Heating effect at all. Recommend you to use warm bag on the area before using this.2. Though, it's mechanical movement does as you could expect but upto an extent. Cannot beat actual human pressing and massaging.3. Came in highly damaged and taped, open box, with all the info of the product open to see for all those involved in it's transit.Hope this information helps.
