Pads that come with sports bras or swimsuits are terrible, they have no structure, and they get lumpy and creased. These little pads are an awesome alternative so you can chuck out the worn out and terrible pads you are dealing with. These pads have a nice little bump on the bottom to add a little bit of lift, so its like getting about an extra cup size without having to deal with extra wiring or strapping. Just slip it into your swimsuit or sports bra and be on your way.The material on these is sewn well, so should hold up for a long time in water or sweat. The fabric is soft and smooth as well.We are going through and changing out my wife's tired old pads for these today!

I am very satisfied with the removes bra pads and would definitely order them again. The fit was perfect and gave me the nice support that I wanted. I’ve replaced most of the sports bra pads with these because the quality and support is much better.

I bought these to replace the worn out pads in some sports bras. They are nicely made and comfortable with just the right amount of support. They don't lose their shape after washing. I would buy them again.

It's not dramatic, but I replaced the removable cups in a few of my bralettes and swimsuits with these and it's just a nice added boost.
