Treadmill Belt

This was for a treadmill. I've never worked on one before. Got it installed and it would slip and I kept tightening it down. It's working much better after some use then rest and now it doesn't slip anymore.

Larger than advertised... this one is over 18.5"

I swapped this belt with my old one on my treadmill. The old one is 18". This one is advertised as 18". However, it was loose when I tried to install it. When I measured it, it is over 18.5". The label says 180J6 and 457mm is printed on the side, but the belt is 18.5". Must be a quality control issue.

This replacement belt is failing in my treadmill after just over six months of use. The belt that came with the treadmill lasted several years.
