You can take between 1-10 capsules daily but you need to start slowly and work up to find the level that you need, so the tub will last between 6 days and 2 months, depending on how many you take. Hopefully, one a day will be enough for me but I will have to play it by ear.The capsules are an average size and seem tasteless and odourless to me; they are easy to swallow.I'd never heard of theobromine before, so I had to Google it. It seems it's good for high blood pressure, which is something that I take 2 prescription meds a day for and it is still too high, so hopefully this will help to knock it down to the normal range. It is also good for your lungs and my lungs have not been right since I suffered with really bad flu and pneumonia 5 years ago, I'm still suffering shortness of breath, so hopefully these will help with that too. It is also supposed to be an anti-inflammatory and everyone needs that. The main reason why most people will want to take it, though, is because it is supposed to aid weight loss. I really struggle to lose weight because I suffer from Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) which means that I don't process my food properly and gain weight.These capsules should help me in a variety of ways and I could find no contra-indications for my liver, so I'm happy to give them a try and hope for the best. I will update with my results once I've finished the tub, maybe in up to 2 months time, depending on how many I end up taking.

After taking one capsule I noticed that the product will expire in 3 weeks. It should have been at the very least 2 months. This was obviously an end of shelf life product sent out regardless. I promptly returned it. Be warned.

I much prefer taking these than solid block tablets and I also think they dissolve and get into the system faster.So what is Theobromine? It's an alkaloid derived from the cacao plant, it is found in chocolate, as well as in a number of other foods, and is a vasodilator, diuretic and heart stimulator. Unlike coffee, theobromine is not addictive. It makes me feel like I've had a good night's sleep and therefore more attentive, focussed and ready for action.The downside of this supplement is that you need to see how well your system tolerates it. The directions state 1 capsule a day and not to take more than ten a day. That's quite a large range of dose and elsewhere I've read warnings that too much can make you jittery, anxious, and give heart palpitations. So, moderation is the key, and test your system first.As an alternative to coffee and a non-addictive stimulant, this does work well and has certainly returned more drive and enthusiasm to daily activities and exercise.

I had this for more than a month now, may be missing a day or two here and there. They are easy to swallow and does not have any taste. But for me, I didn't see any change in my energy level. May be it was not for me.Giving it average 3 stars thinking that it may be just be me for whom this didn't work.

You are getting 60 capsules in this container and if you stick to the recommended dosage of one capsule then these will last you either 60 days or 60 servings. I really appreciate the fact that this is a vegan product and they have went for vegetable capsules. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I really like the fact that this can be used as a pre-workout especially at times when I am avoiding caffeine of which the majority of pre-workouts contain. You get a long expiry date of around 18 months from the time of ordering. At a little over a tenner it does work out very good value for money especially considering these are vegan capsules.

I have ME/CFS but some days I can't rest and have to get things done, hence I got this to hopefully help with my energy levels. I only noticed the standard capsule smell and they are easy enough to swallow with no taste. The first couple of times I tried it, I was struggling to get off of the sofa and whether or not it was the placebo effect, I did manage to get going, albeit slowly. I can't say I've noticed a massive difference and haven't regularly gone running back to take these, but they're there if I need them on a bad day, which is helpful to have as an option.
