This fan does not contain battery. So you cannot charge this

Not sure what you are asking. But if the power cord is bad, you will have to buy a new fan.

Q: Do i need a usb extender ?

Definitely depends. I had bo problems, my outlet is under my radio. If you want to put this in the backseat and there's no outlet in the back, I'd consider an extender

Hello, this is Gabi by KMMOTORS again. I'm so sorry for my answer is too late. The car fan has 3 steps power, the first step is 2,100 RPM, second is 2,900 RPM, third is 3,600 RPM. Thank you and if there's more question to our product, please let me know again.
