This Rotary drill worked very well for my needs. The box came with everything needed to get the job done. This is way cheaper than renting a tool at Home Depot and the best part, I get to keep it. Remember to keep it greased up.

After getting a $6K quote to rebuild my front steps due to ~15 deteriorating bricks, I decided to try the cheap fix and chisel out the old bricks. It proved nearly impossible with hand chisels. I bought this because it was among the cheapest demo hammers and came with drill and chisel bits. Easily drilled multiple large holes in the bricks and the hammer function and chisel did the rest. Much better than expected. One thing to note is that the chuck is spring loaded. The hammer function requires that some minimal force be applied pushing into the work function to activate the hammer function. I suspect that the couple of people who said that the hammer did not work, never put the tool to work against a surface. I was stunned at how quickly everything cut. All indications are that this is a very well made tool. I'll never put enough hours on it to test longevity. It would be nice to be able to adjust rotational orientation of the chisel without switching to drill mode and turning the bit randomly by pulsing the on button such that it hopefully stops in the desired orientation. I don't think that there is any other way to adjust chisel angle. No big deal but a minor annoyance. It worked better than I imagined. I am very pleased!

Manual was poor and sloppy so relied on a review video. References oil instead of grease and mentions feeding oil to oil tank when it means adding grease/lubricant to a grease/lubricant reservoir at the top. Manual also mentions a non existent oil gauge. Mentions Shell Rotella 40 oil when I assume it means Shell Rotella Grease. Lever in front of trigger is not mentioned but appears to activate/deactivate hammer mode when drilling (allows non hammer mode drilling). Case a bit flimsy alright. Price point good for light use.

This thing really gets the job done.

Used this to drill 20 holes for wedge anchors in concrete. Comes with reasonably nice bits. I had to purchase my own 1/2" bit for my project, but I'm very much thrilled with the value for the $ of this purchase. The bits it came with made good pilot holes. The rotary hammer/drill is easy to operate and works very well.

this is by far the best purchase for my home cinder block wall basement renovation. I used the bit to remove old grout, electric boxes embedded in the walls, coal miner brick shower walls, drill holes for tapcon screws in seconds.

I used it to chip up porcelain tile and 1/4" cement board that was glues and screwed. It got pretty hot but worked great. I will need to add some more lithium grease to it if I go at it hard again, I used the entire tube during that job.

Rental companies are not happy! Why spend $60 for one day on rental fees when you can have this indispensable tool for your concrete/masonry projects. Sledge hammer did not work on this project because of the thickness of the concrete. This tool got the job done!

Me daba desconfianza al principio porque la marca no es conocida. Pero me ayudó bastante al instalar un minisplit. Perfora el concreto/hormigón con bastante facilidad. Y atravesó un muro de bloques como si nada. Ambas funciones (taladro/cinceladora) son muy potentes. Nada más no se les olvide checar la grasa de la transmisión (viene lleno y además trae un refill) antes de usarlo para que siempre funcione como nuevo. Olvide decir que me salió muy barato?

El producto es muy bueno, todavía no lo e usado mucho pero con lo que lo he usado me parece excelente.
