Please guys.... Honey Badgers do Care
The Flipper or the Flick??...Which one will you choose?.... Lol after several months of being abused in the edc world.. I feel more qualified to travel to the amazonian forest of indecisiveness and vomit some frantic feedback while I recover from badger spooks. People play with it as a fidget toy... if that doesn't speak of the honey badgers balls, it's got plenty in that bearing.. smooth flipper or flicker.. it's up to you! Choose your destiny!! Anyways the thing is smooth as heck, jimping is grippy and the scales feel.. feely? Ergometrically comfortable? Complex words for the slightly complex steel inserts underneath the nylon glass fiber scales.. keeps the knife sturdy and light...just how they do it.. no one knows. The little included wrench and nice box speaks premium.. Mine is a medium 8Cr13MoV... learn the periodic table for more molybdenum. Has a deep state pocket clip, a hole for the survivalist nuts who paracord everything, and is relatively cheap. I haven't batoned with mine but it sure kicks the survivilists ferrod hard enough to yell feathersticks! The flat part of the spine can use a little grinding so it can reasonably please the pyromaniacs who get off ferrorods. Not like I do or I tried or grounded mine a bit.. or anythi.. or maybe i used a lighter... Sadly I've been reminded of steels uncanny property to rust when I carried mine in damp or wet pockets for several hours 5 times a week for several months.. why? Don't ask... and I have noticed rusting.... but nothing a light scotch bright couldn't remove.. to lazy to clean the inserts, all steels rust! Some faster than others... with that in mind D2 isn't a true stainless steel so beware of thee rust!!! Although D2 reaches 62 Hard Rock Candies while 8 chinesium 13 chromes only reaches 59/60 HRC, so it boils down to better edge retention (D2) vs slightly more anti Oxidizing chromium puppies? Choose wisely.." but wankabro I just wished it stayed as sharp as s30v or elmax or cpm M4!" And I say to those it's not a super steel of course it'll dull faster! It's a great knife for it's price point with decent steels!Regardless I recommend this knife to any one seeking a quick flipper that can cut through office/city tasks and maybe mild freak survival duties, that y'all fanboy about.. but again I emphasize very mild... even for the large.. because it's a flipper/flicker not a fixed blade so for badgers sake, get an axe or a wedge for that wood... because honey badgers do care... And so should we..

Great pocket knife
I bought this knife because the world is apparently crazy and I felt I needed to carry a bit of protection with me in case something crazy happened in public. Its small enough to fit nicely in my jean pocket clipped to the pocket fabric. There is a clip that slides over the fabric if you use your fingernail to pry it open enough to slide over. The knife arrived sharpened. The flip-open feature with the nub on the backside is beautifully crafted. Perfect balance and the blade flips open so easy that you could definitely do it with one hand in less than a second. It was a little difficult to learn how to close the blade at first, I didn't know you needed to press your nail on the locking plate on the inside of the housing. But once I realized how it closes I really like it because it can never accidentally close. But you can close it with one hand by using your thumb nail to press the lock mechanism plate. It feels good in your hand, the honeycomb texture it just right, its grip-able without being rough on your hand while holding the knife. I haven't needed to use it for anything besides impromptu opening of packages but its comforting when I go out that I could protect myself and my girlfriend if needed.

Kinda reluctant 5 star rating
There is a lot to like about this knife and some things that could be better.I like the size (bought the medium), the deep pocket clip, blade shape, handle material, and smooth operation of the flipper. Knife came sharp and with an attractive finish on the blade. Lots of gimping in several places and a lanyard hole. Blade was pretty much centered and no wiggle.Couple of things I didn't care for, but would not be a deal breaker for a future purchase: The flipper activator is a little small, for my hand anyway. Liner lock is at about 50% out of the box. Does it really matter? Don't know, but every other knife I have, despite expense, are all at 100% lock up.It is a very light weight knife, so nice to carry, but not sure how robust it would be in heavy use. 8Cr13MoV steel is what it is, there are better and worse steels for knives. The cost of this knife and it's overall quality and smooth operation is what gets a 5 star rating. Will probably purchase the larger size in the near future.Update: Did buy the larger model and like it very much. I have large hands and this larger model fits nice. It is very light in the pocket, but feels substantial in the hand. Everything mentioned above goes for this size as well. Only minor gripe I have is on the polished finish of this blade. There is a small section of the blade that did not get polished and can be seen from an angle. Nothing to affect the function, but visible enough to make the least anal person alive (me) to become anal. For the money, a great choice. Got the green scales and really like them.

Almost perfect
I have owned the small and medium models. These are some great knives for the price. The sharpening/finger choil is a little big and can cause the blade to snag in certain situations. The small version has a nearly perfect fit and finish, but it was a little smaller than I wanted so I also purchased the medium. The medium was the perfect size for me but it was missing one thing the small had....a fairly strong detent which allows the blade to be flicked or flipped open quickly. It would be great if they eventually came out with a carbon fiber version in a premium steel.

Awesome knife for the money!!
I gave 5 stars because for the price point and everything this knife has to offer it is a killer deal. That being said, my specific knife had a minor issue. The lockup on the liner lock kept getting stuck. No biggie for me since I've had this issue before and I was able to fix. I know every knife is not going to be perfect when they are making thousands at a time, if not more, so I understand this is nothing to fuss about. Especially when the price point is low and you're getting a deep carry pocket clip, ball bearings, awesome ergonomics, and the detent action is amazing. I bought the medium sized one for me and the smaller one for my wife and hers had zero issues. Overall amazing knife for the price. Will most likely get another one in blue soon.
