Purchased a few other styles, but this is good quality, size, and lightning. The top photo option has been my personal favor to avoid shadows and best lightning.

I bought this to take pictures for my candle business. I'm in love with this light box. I live where we have 4 seasons so it's very useful during winter, cloudy and rainy days. I like that I can change out the backdrop to different colors and take pictures in different angles. I also can take this with me when I need to and it's very portable.

I bought this light box for taking pictures of my handmade crafts and cards. I have been crafting for years and never thought I needed a light box, but was talked into by a fellow crafter and I am so glad I purchased this box.I do have to agree with some of the reviews I've read. The color mats really aren't the best set up. It's just a long piece of plastic that attaches to the back top of the box with a velcro strip on each side. The mat does not bend well to fit the box space and it about an inch longer than the end of the box. I ended up using double sided tape to get the plastic mat to sit properly. I have placed some heavy books on the bottom to get the folds/wrinkles out.The cord to the light comes out of the top of box where the circle hole is located. Not ideal as it's in the way when taking pictures from that angle.I do have to say that by using this box, my pictures turned out so much better than the way I was doing it before. However, I can see a bit of a shadow on the back of the picture where the mat folds. I think with a little more time, patience and practice I can adjust it enough to fix that. Either way, it's not a big deal to me.I love the size of this box. It's on the smaller size, but it's really all I need. I have it set up on the corner of my desk in my office. I can just leave it set up there and not have to continually break it down and put it back up. The USB plugs directly into my computer for the lights to turn on. I love the various settings for the lights. Again, time and practice will help know which light setting will be the best.Overall, I am very happy with this light box, and glad I purchased it. It was exactly what I need at the price I was wanting to pay. If you need something bigger with better features, than I would suggest paying more for that.

VERY easy to set up. The built-in light is great. Plug into the computer or may be used with the electric 'thing' to charge cell phones. Best buy I've made this year!

Pros:-Easy to assemble.-Light weight.-VERY bright lights.-Easy to use adjustable lights.-Good amount of color options for the plastic color sheets.Cons:-The flap on top that you peel back to take pictures from the top wouldn't stay open. You have to hold it or weight it down to keep it from flopping closed.-The color background sheets that it came with have a terrible crease. I weighed them down for over a week with a pile of magazines, and they still don't want to stay flat. (They were also shipped/packaged with the crease bending the the least helpful direction. Instead of the crease following the bottom bend of the box, the crease is the opposite way.)-The main reason I am returning this is the way the wires connect to the lights. They are literally exposed. ( See pictures.) Every time you push the backwall in place (this wall is what gives the box it's stability) it rubs against these wires! I'm pretty sure it will only be a short matter of time before the tiny wires connections break.-The plastic color sheets are fur magnets. Every time I brushed a stray fur out of the picture, it felt like there was always a new strand of fur appearing.

First off, this lightbox is very easy to set up and very portable. That's where the positives end. It is not nearly bright enough to eliminate shadows. The lights are only mounted in the top so you have to reposition items instead of the lights like so other similar products. The cord attaches to the LED ring with three simple solder connections. If the cord is moved extensively these will break, there's nothing to prevent movement directly at the connection. Last, the background boards are too long. If you velco them to the top and hook the front part on the front of the box the background will be curled in order to fit in the box. The problem is the box in 1' x 1' on the outside so the backgrounds can't fit on the inside correctly and are about 1/2" to 1" too long.
