My first time using the funnel was a failure. It leaked and made a mess to my pants. It took me a couple tries to get used to it.The funnel is wobbly, you have to make sure it’s open enough before you go.Also make sure the extension isn’t folded or jammed because it will flood your funnel.Since most women are used to go sitting down, I tried using it while sitting and it does not work properly. There will be leaks and it goes down to your crack. So standing with it is preferable.I clean mine with hot water and soap.The bottle that comes with it does leak and it’s not enough for an adult bladder.

So a little personal, but you should figure out your size if this is going to work for you it did not work for me. Made a huge mess my entire trip strictly because I did not realize that a size of fitting was so important maybe because it won’t work with shorts or jeans Still just was not happy with that aspect love how it contained the aspect of it though that was very nice

My husband loves to take me out to the middle of no where to ride 4-wheelers. He also loves to get me drunk while out there.After he blessed me with a baby that was 10 lbs when born a couple years ago, my bladder is wrecked.So drinking in BFE all day is NOT my cup of tea. (In fact, a cup of tea is probably too much for my poor bladder.)I always had to find secluded bushes and squat and hope I didn't get chiggers- or worse- on my behind.NOW I can take a whizz wherever I please- just like a man. And it is more empowering than I ever imagined. I now know why men have so much audacity.Being able to pee standing up, free from worry or concern... it changes you. Makes you bold and daring.Last time I used it- I was staring off at the sunset marveling nature's beauty. Beholding the glorious power of not being in a vulnerable position.Before I bought the funnel- I'd be crouching in bushes scanning for snakes, fire ants, or some other critter praying that the weird looking weeds all around me were poison ivy/oak.Also, it's very useful when only portapotties are available. No more sitting on those questionable seats worrying about that blue stuff splashing up.

One of uses says in traffic jam. I work long hours in a vehicle. Used fine 1st time, then funnel shifted & spilled urine on clothing & car seat. 2nd time I cut the stem of the funnel down so it wouldn't move inside the cup. So I couldn't understand why clothing was wet again until I saw urine dripping from bottome of cup. I've used drink cups with never a spill.

Works as described with some practice. Handy if you camp or are a hiker. Easy to clean.
