I love this, the belt doesn't dig into your waist. The only thing u wish I could change is that at least two of the straps accommodate really short people. I love this for leg exercises but they are just a lil to loose.

I would’ve appreciated a smaller size for younger athletes. They were kind of large for my daughter.
