Car Rooftop Cargo Carrier Bag - 21Cubic Ft Roof Bag,

I bought this in hopes it would get us through our 20 hour trip without worrying about our luggage. We traveled 20 hours one way and then back 20 hours. It held up through high winds in Arizona, snow in New Mexico and lots of rain throughout Luisiana. We removed it and there is there lots of life left. I was worried at first because I read some not so good reviews but I bought it anyway and it is GREAT! I would recommend this to anyone! We have another trip in march and I look forward to not having to deal with luggage inside my SUV and having lots of extra room.

Used this for the first time for travel. On the way to our destination worked great. However on the way home the zipper stitching came free causing a hole and several buckles broke. So I had to tie off with rope. Additionally the two front straps were put on backwards making it difficult to secure. I would like to have a replacement sent to me and this seems to be the only way I can reach the supplier.

Zippers work well. Bag is water and moisture proof. Keeps everything safe. Doesn’t tear from the ratchet straps. I cut off the straps it came with as they constantly came loose and are really difficult to use in comparison to the ratchet straps.

Poorly made didn’t even get to use as two clips broke when tightening the bag down now here we sit scrambling trying to find a way for it to work on Christmas Day.

Let me start by saying that I read A LOT of reviews on a lot of bags. My conclusion was that you just have to take a lot of precautions. I read the bags had a tendency to slide, the zippers would slide open, the bags would leak, and that they would tear.I chose this bag carrier because of the size and it had some counter measures to some of the complaints I mentioned. This bag went on a 3600 mile road trip and it is as good as new. I had zero issues on the trip. I paired the bag with my Ark Motoring roof rack to prevent sliding. I used pieces of an old mat for cussing on the rack U-bolts. I seated the bag with the zippers to rear and used a small zip tie on the zipper. To top this off I used a strap across the bag and used a piece of cardboard to prevent any rips or chafing on the bag.If you are serious about protecting your stuff I hope this helps. This bag was the perfect purchase for our road trip. We drove from Denver to anchorage in our Kia Sportage through snow and wind and mountains, the bag did excellent and stayed secure the whole journey. No issues with water getting in the bag or ripping!

Love this product! Used it on a trip across 4 states. We had rain, wind and heat to deal with and it did great. It stayed in place the entire time. I would definitely recommend this product.

It kept everything dry before a hole started to emerge. Halfway through our trip we noticed a huge hole (probably from the wind). Pretty disappointed. Would like a refund
