Workmanship/finish is inferior.
Workmanship/finish is inferior. There were gaps in the horizontal and vertical components of the aluminium frame so that the final finish is not that u would like. Also it’s not that sleek as the best ones though not too thick (45mm as described).

Received a damaged product.Applied for return.But mentioning return policy failed.
Liked the product but it was received in a broken and damaged condition. Applied for return but it was showing the return policy was failed. Not understanding what does that mean and how to contact customer care
