My pizza dough has improved significantly from having ample space to rest and then getting the dough out without ruining the dough provides a better end result… I thought this was a bit pricey but they are a worth while if you are making a pizza at home.

Very happy with this proofing box. The lid sits on there great, and I have enough room for 6 X pizza doughs in the tray. You could probably get 8 if you used small balls. No issues in the fridge or the freezer for me. The balls always slide right off.
