Bought this to go camping. Setting up is a little tricky alone, but I managed it. Water proof. Love the dark room that will fit a queen mattress and a little table. Screened in porch is awesome when the bugs threaten to carry you away. This tent has to be staked down in order to use it. It’s not self standing. I knew that when I bought it, so with that being said it did what it was suppose to do. I have 3 Coleman tents, and this one ranks right up there with the others. The black out room is what makes it stand out. Can sleep a little longer in the morning.

Absolutely the best tent we've ever owned. Blackout room is wonderful and so much space! A little difficult to put together with one person, two makes it a breeze, and three it almost sets itsself up.

The tent while spacious and roomy has a major defect. The dark out room or black out room is completely deteriorating. The coating to flaking everywhere and the tent is no longer waterproofed. I wish I new this before I spend over $600 to but this tent. From my research there is nothing that can be done. If anyone has suggestions on how to fix please let me know.

This is a great tent! It's dark so our 5 year old son sleeps longer in the morning. We love the divider and especially the huge living space separate from the bedrooms. Tested this tent in an almighty rain storm and it was perfect for sitting and playing games inside or whatever. Only thing that would be a big improvement would be for the side windows to also open as it's somewhat lacking in ventilation.

Easy to assemble. Doesnt take long to assemble. Black out rooms are very dark. The "room" divider is kind of a joke, but still nice to have the option. It wont help you keep your privacy, so you better be well acquainted with your camping partners.

Had to pay for shipping from England but well worth it. I love the tent in tent design! Out of the 5 days we camped it rained for 2 of them. It did not leak that I could tell. In the morning the condensation on the inside made some puddles in the coroners but a few towels took care of any pooled water from that! Defiantly a fall/winter tent though. You would roast it that tent if it were warm out, not much ventalation.

I did a lot of research when selecting a tent that had blackout in the sleeping area and also had a good size "living" area. This tent had both of those things. Our first camping trip with this tent was great! We love all the features it has. It has not been used for over a year and we just set it up again to prep for another camping trip and the top of the blackout room it is PEELING AWAY. I'm very upset that the tent blackout space was not made with quality materials. For this reason, I would not recommend spending extra money to buy this tent.

I loved the design of the tent and the blackout feature. I was skeptical about there being enough windows but it seemed to work fine. It rained for several days while we were camping. The top of the tent was completely waterproof. However, the bottom of the tent next to the ground leaked. I had a foot print down, but that did not prevent leaking. I am not certain whether this is normal for all tents or not.
