Doesn't taste like peanut butter because of the sugar content. Very tasty though.

I make Keto Pan cookies with these and they are amazing but they are so good that it's hard to not eat more which may defeat the purpose. I started putting some away in the freezer before I allow myself to eat one or two. Too bad this is so pricey but with all the type of nuts that are in the ingredients, it's understandable. This is how I make my cookies:1 Cup of the nut butter1/2 Cup Powder Sugar substitute (Swerve)1 egg1-2 tsp VanillaSugar Free Chocolate ChipsAlmond or Coconut Flour to thickenLakanto Sugar Free Maple Syrup 2-3 Tbs or to tasteThoroughly Mix all ingredients except Chocolate Chips and Flour. This Maple Syrup is a little bit watery which is why I add just a little of the flour at the end starting with a Tbs at a time to get to the consistency of cookie dough. Add the amount of Chocolate chips you would like. I line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and spoon the dough into it. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-11 min..These will be quite loose at first. The longer it sits, the more firm it gets but my boyfriend can't wait and wants it mushy as possible. Before I let them cool and firm up enough, he has already eaten half and he isn't on a Keto Diet so I have to make these when he isn't around. lol The ingredients are not cheap. but if you don't use that Keto Maple Syrup that often, it will last you. I was using a You Tube 3 ingredient Keto Peanut Butter You Tube Recipe with just any low carb Peanut Butter, Swerve and one egg until I started experimenting with the other ingredients and then discovered this Nut Butter which brought it to a whole new level.... like gourmet cookie level. I only gave 4 stars on how it spreads because I actually don't use it as a spread and really not sure how it spreads but it is very thick. Tip: spray the measuring cup that you will use to measure the nut butter with cooking spray before measuring to make it easier to get the butter out of the cup

Looks gross when you open it up. Stir it. And it tastes gross. Put a packet or two of sweetener in it and voila! Almost as good as Jif! I love Jif. But this is a lower carb lower guilt higher fiber option I can live with. It's a bit on the gritty side but not unpleasant with the added sweetener. I sometimes sneak a spoonful out of the jar when I get home from work to tide me over to dinner.

I thought it would be a healthy Nutella dupe, however, it is a grainy tasteless texture.

This stuff is not cheap, but it is very good. I purchased it because the regular chocolate flavor was going to take longer to deliver and I am so glad I did. The regular is good, but I think this might be even better. Neither is cheap, so I don't want to waste on the kiddos who won't eat anything, this is for me. It was packaged well, no worries about breakage or leaking.

Nuttzo tastes great. However, this product is impossible to spread unless you spend a long time mixing the contents in a jar. I understand that natural nut butter separates, but this product is a pain to mix/separate.

Now this has the potential of being a single-source food product that could one day save humanity. Ha, what I mean is if it came to only getting to select one food product in the event of a catastrophe this would be it because it is so good, and so good at many levels. It doesn't need bread or jelly to be its friends. Good all by itself.

The keto version of this used to be a lot different. It used to actually be a nut butter. Now it's watery nonsense that cant even remotely be called a butter. First, a new jar always took an exceptional amount of time to stir up and reblend, way more than others. At some point they changed the formula to this such that it's just runny nonsense, I thought I bought a dud but the trash consistency has remained consistent. I wouldn't recommend.Hard to find good keto but butters. SuperFat used to be great until they got bought by Perfect Keto but everything Perfect Keto does or touches turns to trash so bye bye SuperFat.
