You can't go wrong with King Arthur flour. I use it for my sourdough bread all the time now... perfect results, especially using their fool-proof recipes. LOVE it.

I mean besides the fact this was super expensive and for 3 tiny bags. They came just taped together and thrown in a box. Flour. It was delivered on a rainy day and for some reason all my deliveries get left on my driveway instead of my front door where it's covered. Needles to say, my bread flour is now a the beginning of starter before I even got it in the house.

Great flower and it’s super convenient to order on Amazon, but if your local supermarket sells it that’s probably cheaper. And yet I keep buying it here because it’s so easy. Night and day better for baking bread versus all purpose.

Not worth the price. It’s 3 tiny bags of flour and they’re charging almost $30 for it when a 5lb bag at a grocery store is about $6. So mad at myself for buying this!

I buy this stuff in bulk! If you’re on the sourdough trend like I am, you need not look further for a good flour that will leave your bread light, airy, and wonderful.Flour is super light and powdery. It works great for baking and I was just successful with baking bread until I found this flour.

This is my go to flour for making focaccia bread. I have an easy refrigerator recipe that never disappoints! Love it and it’s consistency.
