Took a while to put the pins through the little ones trunks to hold in place and found out the hard way momma will tip over. Got a set as a gift from daughter - loved it and placed on shelf - looked great. Shortly there after the babies pulled the momma down and she tipped over and landed on the floor - all 3 broken. As this was a gift, I bought another set to replace them - still had trouble getting the pins inserted. This time I placed a piece of heavy duty carpet double stick on the bottom of momma - looks like it will do the trick - unfortunately, I sure the tape will ruin the shelf - good think I don't plan on moving it anywhere.
