Made Naturally From The Mediterranean Sea - 24 Ounces Each (Pack of 2)

When this salt says coarse, it means it. It was such big chunks I had to grind it in my food processor to make it usable. I like this brand, but next time I need to make sure it says “fine” sea salt. Not corse.

I was using a brand of sea salt that I liked, but I tossed the container and forgot the brand. This is good replacement, I prefer slightly less coarse, these are pretty big chunks, but otherwise excellent. Can't really fault it for being coarse when that's what it's sold as!

The coarse salt is clearly intended for grinders as it is so large. Not what I wanted. I don't think I missed that in the description.

Good salt. Please keep in mind it states Made in Italy, and it may be, but it is packaged in US. The The shipping package was not very good and the salt container got damaged during transportation. The container rotating sifter gate is of flimsy design (plastic) and salt crystals are always being trapped between it and the top cover.

I am still learning to use the coarse salt. I am used to the fine. It will be great once I get used to it.

Nothing to dislike.

This is the salt that I cook with most often. Excellent flavor and much easier to control the amount that you use in comparison to finer grinds. Highly recommended.
