Works great!
Works on my 2006 5.9 Cummins. Evap came in with no visible damage. Now my vent temps are getting as low as 40 degrees F with 90 degree ambient temp. I'm a happy camper. One note is that the evap was missing weather stripping on one edge so I used the same 1/4in weather stripping I used for all the openings on the airbox.

Satisfied was sealed and fit just right . Nice part about this unit it it comes with the seal material already in tack. Also make sure if you get one once you remove the caps you should hear the vacuum hiss. other wise don't bother installing it. Also recommend replacing the Accumulator.

Leak
The crimp on the flange of the pipe where it shows the pipes to swivel for installation was loose. It poured out coolant. It was past the return window and we had to buy another one. I was not impressed because it's wasn't just a waste of money, but it made another mess we didn't need.

Just installed the evaporator on a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi without any problems. Came with the o-ring seals and sealed under pressure, it was exact fit, the mechanic at the shop was able to vacuum the system and fill it up with the oil and Freon, they put a tracer agent in the system too, so I'll update my review if i find any leaks in the future. I can't gage how cold the a/c blows because it's month of December in Canada, minus 9 Celsius outside, so my fingers are frozen anyways, but still i give five stars for the fit and for the comments of the mechanic that the system has no leaks after the installation of this part
