So when I first ordered this tablet I was quite skeptical with the reviews being pretty negative, but I am happy to say I have had no problems. The tablet took a while to get done with the windows process, but after I got done with that it would boot up incredibly fast. The keyboard and mouse are almost essential to a windows tablet even when in "tablet mode", and is especially essential when you are running this in "desktop mode." A lot of people have been saying it is sluggish, but in my experience it is snappy, especially with that Intel Atom processor which I have seen on $300 laptops before. The (few) cons I have is the measly amount of storage (32 gigs) and the camera but I can justify the 32 gigs as it has a micro sd card for further memory expansion, and for the same price I have seen tablets with only 8 gigs. The camera isn't the best but at least it has 2. someone complained about screen bleeding and I did have that problem when I first turned on my device and it was very faint, but after the 2nd time it was done. I've read that this can happen when a device is left in a cold or hot area for too long and it had been outside in -10 or so for about 3 hours so I understand that. Don't worry about the battery because with a lower brightness setting I found I could get about 4 hours with 0-50 brightness, and even 0 is decently bright. I also like to read on it using the news app and it works really well. The screen is crystal clear and watching videos is great too. The sound is a little bit better than other tablets but its not the best I've ever heard. I got 2 and they work perfect with no problems. I would definitely suggest this for school or anything else. I am forced to love this tablet ! I didn’t’ expect to, but it really makes you do it. It’s reasonably sleek, not too heavy with a nice clear screen, and Windows 10 works really well on it. On top of that it comes with Word, Excel and PowerPoint Mobile on it.Comes with keyboard, mouse and touch screen function, the use of very convenient operation so it does what most people want it to do. ***The keyboard needs to be plugged in to the tablet, and the mouse is connected via Bluetooth!!!The bad points? Well the build quality isn’t as good as a Microsoft Surface, so I wouldn’t want to chuck it about too much, but that is more than adequately balanced by the price being tiny in comparison to a Surface. OK, so the RAM (just the 1GB) is a good bit less than on modern Surfaces, but it is – and this surprised me, as I have had and used a few of different tablets – it is enough to do what most people would want it to do. Yes, I know I have said that already, but it is actually rather important. It does come with only 16GB of disk space which I hasten to add is fine for many, but you can slap in an additional up to 32 or 64GB via the Micro-SD slot if you need more, before even having to think about external expansion.So I connected it to my wireless network – a breeze - stuck my antivirus on it, stuck Office 365 on it (just because I needed Outlook on it) – set it up and expected it to struggle but it just didn’t. The screen was responsive and very clear. if you are not used to Windows 10 then stick with it – once you get to grips with it, it is so much easier to work with than, shall we say, some of the other alternatives out there.Basically you can effectively treat this like a normal PC. You can install normal Windows software on it, you can go to the Windows Store and find more than enough apps – many of which are free. So all in all, this is much better than I expected. OK so a Surface would have been nice, but you can get a few of these for the same price as one of them, and as it does what I want it to and does it well. It deserves 5 stars.

The tablet, when it is working, is a good value for the money, no question. The screen is good quality and the sound is, as well.However, I experienced significant delays when I used Skype or other programs (not a wifi issue) and then randomly the tablet would freeze and the screen go dark for minutes or an hour or longer where I could not turn it off or on. It may have just been slugglish and overloaded from the windows 10 updates downloading, but I don't know.The keyboard and mouse were a great bonus. You should not use the case for carrying the tablet unless you make a modification that keeps the tablet from falling out. The clips are a hard plastic and are only on the top and bottom and the tension is not very tight, so it the case is turned sideways at all, the tablet will slide right out.Amazon was terrific about the return. In my opinion, for the price, it is worth seeing if you get one with out the sluggishness and freezing mine had, because other reviewers haven't had that issue. There are other cases available on amazon for this tablet if you want to carry it around, and they are pretty inexpensive.

This tablet with keyboard is a very nice tablet but when I opened my package all the material wasn't there it's no good if the items are not with it

For my granddaughter, was going to save for Christmas, but she did very well in school and I gave early as a reward. Works VERY well! Highly recommend!!

Great tablet! Bought this for my son to use at college. I'm deducting one star because the mouse it came with stopped working after one week but the tablet itself is still fully functional.
