Journey Into Yin Yoga, A Paperback – 9 May 2018

I learned a lot about this style of yoga I have been practicing. It is a very informative book. Awesome.

Ich liebe Travis Eliot. Tolles Buch, obwohl auf Englisch gut zu lesen. Schade, das es nur ein Paperback ist.

If you love yin or are interested in yin you will love this paperback. Travis is such an inspiration . The photos are clear. The instruction is clear. It’s a great book for your collection.

Very happy with the depth of the content. Pictures a clear and aesthetic and best of all the print is somewhat larger as expected and therefor very easy on the eyes.I just wished his "Holistic Yoga Flow" book would have been available here in Canada for a similar reasonable price.The kindle version of "Holistic Yoga Flow " was to expensive and it is cumbersome to read a yoga book on a small screen so I am not that happy with that.The paperback of this item is on sale here for close to a 1000$ (must be a joke ) and on the american website for 45$ US (which is way to much considering the exchange rate and shipping.

I'm so glad i found this book, and this teacher! I am obsessed with Yin after taking my 40hr training and this focus of study completely changing my life.I highly recommend this book, it covers SO many topics and has fantastic photos.
