Love it but tails break apart

Bought this for my son for Christmas of 2021. I reached out the the company in June of 2022 cause the leg broke and wouldn’t work properly. I asked them if I could buy parts or what to do about it. Since it was way past my return window I wasn’t expecting them to replace it or anything. The response to my email within a couple days and offered to replace the whole thing at no cost. They even sent me a second dinosaurRC. My son is super happy he has a walking Dino again.

My grandson was absolutely thrilled with this dinosaur. He is almost four, had no problem figuring out how to work the remote and loves this dinosaur. The only compliant I have is that the tail is very weak and broke the first day. This did not affect the way the dinosaur works and was easy to glue on.

My grandson loves this Dinosaur. He plays with it all the time.

It walks pretty fast. It's kinda loud but I can deal with that.

Got this as a potty training reward so it sat for a couple months before we opened it and now that we opened it it’s missing screws, and the screws that did fit, broke off before we could even attempt to use it (without the arms since we had no screws for them)

Gave this to my friends grandchild and he loves it!
