Valira Mobility Compact Soft Sided Insulated Lunch Bag, Black

This is a nice professional lunch bag with a compact modern design and quality materials. I had purchased this to replace and downsize from a soft sided lunch bag with a hard insert. The product dimensions are spot on and it is essentially the size of a classic grade school plastic lunch box except more square.Lunch example w/o containers: Sandwich/Sm.Salad/Soup, w/ fruit (banana, apple, orange). A 12oz. bottle of water. And one or two small vending size snacks (Lance crackers, peanuts, M&Ms) or a pudding/yogurt/hummus cups.+ Semi-hard exterior. The "satin" model has a smoother slightly more upscale feel to it than the "classic" model.+ Adjustable strap. Goes from lunch box to lunch tote in a quick and neat fashion, with excess strapping stored to the side.+ Will stretch a bit in a pinch.+ Interior mesh pocket to store things.- Things will fall out of the mesh pocket.+- Design necessitates a vertical orientation. From the containers to mesh pocket.+- Frivolous extras. The thick restaurant style napkin, containers and inner tray, while nice are space robbing. Took the napkin out of the mesh pocket and put in utensils. Rather pay $10~15 dollars less to not have the stuff, but it may have value to others.+- Back entry zipper. Not sure what its for since the product isn't deep enough for that to matter.All in all I like it. A quality piece that feels as though it'll last for awhile. The compact size may turn some off, but I works for me because it can fit in middle shelves in the fridge.

This is a very nice lunch bag. Unfortunately, the internet photos of the bag are limited and show very little of the bag's features. What is nice about the bag? The handles and pull tabs seem to be of leather. Not 100% sure about the material being leather, but they feel and look like leather. More importantly, they have the appearance that they will be long lasting. Another nice feature is the shoulder strap. Again, it looks and feels like smooth leather. When you are carrying your purse and a computer bag, it is great to carry the lunch bag via the shoulder strap. Rest assuredly, you will look good carrying the bag either by its handles or shoulder strap; it look stylish either way. The inside of the bag has a Mylar-like lining that you can simply wipe clean. No cheap plastic anywhere on this bag. The lining is fairly effective too, the bag keeps the contents cold for a decent amount of time ... 2 to 3 hours. What is especially nice is that the bottom of the bag gracefully expands. With the bottom expanded, a side view of the bag shows it having a triangular shape. You can fit two or three good sized containers in the bag when it is expanded. Of course, I only use the Valira Nomad containers because they are peerless. In summary, this is a fantastic lunch bag.

This is the best lunch box I ever purchased. I bought this 6 months ago after 3 months of crazy research and checking various lunch box. Still happy and satisfied by the use. I just took pics to show it still looks new. The product is just classy and as meets all that is said in the description. having zips on both the sides of the box is a cool idea and useful when in hurry. I sometimes take Soup or yogurt, thanks to the spillproof boxes that come along with this lunch box never had issue of spill. Food remains warm and when I go to office kitchen people ask me about it because it looks cool, professional and does its job.I often had issues about liquid spill from food but not anymore. In fact I warm/cook my breakfast at home and after about two hours it's still warm so I don't have to reheat it.FYI. I actually purchased this box and not writing review based on free or discounted pricing stuff.

The best lunch bag. The design is Made in Spain, I am Spanish and in my country Varila is considered one of the best brands in kitchen utensils for its quality of materials, design and functionality. On the outside it is semi-rigid so it perfectly protects the food that is inside, its interior is covered by an insulating membrane that protects the temperature of the food for hours making it very difficult to deteriorate in a normal space of time. This model is the smallest of the seri of Varila but I think it is perfect to bring a breakfast or a normal snack, for more food series recommended superior models of storage of the same series Varila.

Keeps lunch cool, can fit 2 16.9oz water bottles or stretch to fit a 9”ish zojirushi thermos along with the two containers. Quality/ Lightweight use.Great bag so far

Great materials and design, it's narrow so most common dinnerware won't fit, I found OXO dinnerware that fits perfectly as I don't like any plastic ones.

This is my second purchase of this bag - I killed the first one with some dead fish I forgot about......Almost anything else can be cleaned off it without a problem.It is easily the best of any I have had because first and foremost it does a very good job of insulation - I have taken it on long train journeys and the food inside is cool and fresh 6-8 hours later.Second, if you remove the carry strap, the bag is just the right size to fit into the bottom of a shopping bag or a small airline carry on suitcase. And you can chill it in the fridge before setting out without having to empty out a shelf to do it.Third, it apparently has no bottom - I just keep on fitting more and more stuff into it and it flexes around the packaging.It is very light and easy to use with the zip going round it laid flat rather than across the end, which also makes it easy to clean. (Just do not let anything wet get into the seams - this time I will try sealing them with duct tape. I could deduct half a star for that, but I won't).It also looks smart, which is not essential, but nice.Well designed, and delivers. Good stuff.

The product arrived promptly in a large box in a polythene bag but no padding, so the lunch box had a small dent in it , which was disappointing , as for the quality Of The box it's well worth the money and well made . The lunch box comes with a well thought out strap and the inside has two small pockets and comes with two containers which are well made and microwave etc friendly , in my opinion the lunch box could do with being a tiny bit wider.

I chose this bag, because I need to take my lunch/dinner to work, and this bag has the perfect size for a meal, plus it is well made and very sturdy.Plus, don't forget it comes with a red cloth napkin and two food containers.If you don't mind spending an extra money, this is the perfect lunch bag!

I have quite a few lunch boxes - what I like about this one is that it has a rigid case and there is space above the two included boxes for fruit, yogurt or whatever

Yo he comprado el modelo Compact, a un precio estupendo de 15,87€.Veo que muchas personas pregunta si viene con tuppers o no. El modelo compact NO viene con tuppers, hay que comprarlos a parte.La bolsa es muy ligera, sin asa pesa unos 200 gramos. La tela es de poliester, similar a la de las mochilas de los niños, y parece bastante robusta.Por dentro tiene un recubrimiento plateado e impermeable que se limpia con un paño húmedo. Este recubrimiento ayuda a mantener ligeramente la temperatura, pero si sales por la mañana con la comida caliente, no esperes que se mantenga caliente a la hora de comer simplemente por este recubrimiento.Es de tamaño cuadrado, con un interior de 20cm de ancho, 20cm de alto y 12cm de fondo, ligeramente más pequeña que otras. A mi me caben 3 tuppers perfectamente y aun me sobra un poco por arriba. Dado que es flexible, se puede incluso forzar tuppers un poco más grandes.No tiene bolsillos exteriores, solo uno interior de rejilla, que para mi es más que suficiente.En definitiva, yo estoy encantado
