Great So Far!
It came fairly quickly! It's space saving & sturdy! I like the headset hanger! I haven't use it for work yet! But I did several trial calls in and out with my cell and voicemails! Initially the volume does sound a bit low on it?! But on the voicemails, it was loud & clear! Although the MAX volume doesn't seem that loud, I also know inside company software systems, many times we can turn headset volumes up or down from there too! Overall, the sound seems sufficient! All the features I tried (mute, flash, redial, auto-answer, etc.) all work perfectly! To keep the non-illuminated numbers from blurring with the illuminated numbers, to see it more clearly when I look directly down it, I have it propped up securely at an angle! What did I prop it with? Get your own creative propping ideas! ;)I'll update my Review when I use it @ work!

Great device for working from home
Was looking for a cost effective way to be hands free while working from home and answering incoming phone calls through my home phone but also through my computer. Not being able to connect to the company laptop, I needed an alternate way to answer calls hands free and my current home telephone had no earphone jack, etc. Great product for what I need to work from home during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Adequately cost effective.

I like the concept of hands free but I tried two items like this everyone said the sound quality was not good

Would be perfect except for two things
Firstly, The sound is too loud even with the switch set to low.Secondly, The microphone is weak. I put the microphone directly in front of my mouth and people can barely hear me.

On the fence about it
The headset is very loud. The volume slide button from Min to Max does not change it at all noticeably. I like that I can turn off the ringer so when I am not working I dont have to hear it ring. As I only work at home. I like the buttons spread out more. The phone is a good value for the money, just not sure I want to deal with moving the earpiece to the front of my ear to stiffle the loudness. I have used it for 5 hours now and my ear is ringing.

light weight and comfortable
I work from home receiving phone calls to file insurance claims. The phone works great for all my needs. The only complaint I have, and it's a minor thing, when the ringer is on high it is super shrill. It hurts my ears. But if you turn it to low, it doesn't make any sound. You just have to watch for the light to flash.

It is very inexpensive telephone and give you that professional look for less while working remotely
It is only been a few weeks. Telephone is still functioning as intended- tone, volume, buttons, and dialing. This telephone give you the look of office like professional while working from home- remotely.Headset is comfortable and microphone is clear and crisp. This TelPal Call Center telephone is worth the price.
