Suspensory Scrotal Support - XL

I had a hydrocelectomy done and therefore needed a way to support myself following the surgery for a couple months. I have tried a ton of options. The ones with the area for ice packs are nice for the first few days but then they don't really provide enough support to go about your normal days. This product you can tighten around your waste to really hold your manhood up and remove all the tension from the hanging. The fit is nice as well. I'm wearing an XL because there's quite a bit of swelling remaining but I think the comparisons for size are pretty accurate. They are expensive but well worth it for me. I bought 4 pair and just rotate. Definitely the best product I have tried.

I'm 6'4" with 46" waste band. Wore this for several weeks after hydrocele surgery and again later after scar revision. It was very comfortable. Never popped off even with very physical activity. It fit great and you could stick gauze pads or similar in it in front of surgery area and it wouldn't fall out. I wore the XL size with plenty left for adjustment

The waist is quite variable, and is not a problem. The ENTIRE thing you should focus on is the cup size. Material is VERY soft (and comfortable) but I wish I had a way to snug it up tighter. I like it, but because I didn't order the exact size I need, it's not that useful to me. Wish it had some adjustment for the cup size, because that is.... very important.

I’m ordering a second support, my way of saying yes, I recommend. But my second one will be larger. I’m not a well endowed fellow and the XL “baseball” size is a wee bit small for my boys. Gents, don’t be afraid to boast a bit. My reorder will be XXL. And given the material is comfortable cotton, it will shrink a bit in the wash.

First of all. The item you receive is not what is pictured in the advertisement. The clip on the side is very cheep and slides which reduces the effectiveness of the support. The one I received was of a very cheap quality that you could buy at a local drug store and does not even come close to looking like what I ordered. I am using it because it is all I had at the time.

I got this after scrotal surgery to help ease strain, defy gravity, and provide comfort. This support belt is very easy to adjust and comfortable to wear. You get full coverage and it can accommodate/cover any gauze or bandage you have if you have a healing surgical site. It's also very easy to hand wash and clean Just soak it in some warm water with a little laundry detergent for a few hours and any stains scrub out easily. Then just let it air dry and it's good as new. I am very grateful for this product and the relief and comfort it provided during my healing process.

Good support. I had a hematoma after surgery. This device got me through the worst stretch and is helping me recover much easier. Walking without it is almost unbearable. But with it I’m able to get around pretty well.
