Tonus Elast Suspensory Scrotal Support - XL

I've been living with a pretty large (lemon sized) scrotal hematoma for about a month due to an unfortunate vasectomy complication. I've been using compression shorts which helped, but gravity was still doing it's evil working getting me down. I wrote in to the seller (VeriBrands) to get specifics on size, and they had me measure myself. I responded with measurements and they quickly recommended a size, which fits perfectly. The support itself is NOT designed to be worn over briefs; I tried it and while it kind of works, it's not very comfortable. YMMV. I've been wearing for a few days and pain is noticeably better and I'm able to get around for longer periods, and I'm taking less pain meds too which is great. I'll probably order one or two more now that I know it works and what my size is. The camlock buckle is convenient and makes adjustments a snap, but it's plastic and I worry it might break. We'll see. The rest of the garment seems well made.

I ride motorcycles and I realize that no one ever really talks about this stuff, but when I ride, my tender parts get pulled on and feel like I'm on fire down there. The waist is quite variable, and is not a problem. The ENTIRE thing you should focus on is the cup size. Material is VERY soft (and comfortable) but I wish I had a way to snug it up tighter. I like it, but because I didn't order the exact size I need, it's not that useful to me. Wish it had some adjustment for the cup size, because that is.... very important.

I recently had a procedure in the groin area so I purchased one of these. I bought the large and extra large expecting the large to work for me. The large seemed like the one before the procedure but after the procedure the large definitely wasn't going to work. The XL turned out just right and I actually used it while sleeping. It works very well the keep things in place while they're healing. This product worked well for me, just unfortunate I had to buy two to know which one was right for me.

Provides zero support unless your scrotum is hanging below your knees. If that is your problem this is the product for you but I would also recommend you seek medical treatment. No help for post hernia surgery.

I'm 6'4" with 46" waste band. Wore this for several weeks after hydrocele surgery and again later after scar revision. It was very comfortable. Never popped off even with very physical activity. It fit great and you could stick gauze pads or similar in it in front of surgery area and it wouldn't fall out. I wore the XL size with plenty left for adjustment

This item was used for swelling from heart failure and it worked EXCELLENT! Not Swelled since He used this item! He was also pleased with the hole to not have to remove it to go to the bathroom! PERFECT, and REASONABLE PRICE !

I had a hydrocelectomy done and therefore needed a way to support myself following the surgery for a couple months. I have tried a ton of options. The ones with the area for ice packs are nice for the first few days but then they don't really provide enough support to go about your normal days. This product you can tighten around your waste to really hold your manhood up and remove all the tension from the hanging. The fit is nice as well. I'm wearing an XL because there's quite a bit of swelling remaining but I think the comparisons for size are pretty accurate. They are expensive but well worth it for me. I bought 4 pair and just rotate. Definitely the best product I have tried.

Company has given defective items. I am trying to replace it from last two days. System connect to replacement, it shows replacement not available. After that once I apply for refund Amazon software shows error. This firts exeperince of Amazon customer care services. Amazon app has deactivated the facility to call and speak with customer care.

Good support. I had a hematoma after surgery. This device got me through the worst stretch and is helping me recover much easier. Walking without it is almost unbearable. But with it I’m able to get around pretty well.
