The product is falsely promoted as 6000mAh but is really 4000mAh

Regrettably I purchased two. I RARELY leave negative reviews but in this case I feel it is warranted. Charged both fully. BOTH lasted no more than 20 minutes. Battery life is NOT anywhere between 4 and 20 hours as described. Sits somewhat heave around the back of the next and would fall off if you walk with it unless you site it under your tshirt which I did whole mowing the lawn. Which took about 40 minutes and about how long both lasted. Relatively lightweight and easy to use. Silicon allows rotating the vents up better but as stated, a little bulky around the neck, short battery life and unfortunately, not happy with this purchase.

I couldn’t believe that a product like this exist. I’m a New York used to the cold winters and Hot and Humid summers…. But I do have HBP and I sweat… from my neck up I drip a lot sweat. And this product is heaven sent. I searched and read a lot reviews until I so this product it’s lightweight.. not heavy on the neck. The neck piece is very like silicone and it twist, the vents that blow the AC are on both sides and 3 speeds. All I have to do is charge and recharge and I’m ready to go. Bought this for my trip to Jersey Shore .. beach weather everyday. I’m so grateful for this product. It arrived some charge, so I let it charge while I was out and when I got back it was full. I went back out to check how long it would last. Went to Diner, went for a walk, went for ice cream and a 2 hr and 40 min. Movie and just got home and still has charge. That’s pretty damn good. I am so happy with this product. I when I was out today and usually in this hot and humid weather I would be sweating up a storm as I walked on the streets I was cool and if from my neck to head is cool then my body is cool. I give it 5 Stars plus.

I'm happy I found the Ninetails Portable hanging neck fan since it allows me to stay cool when being outside. The silicone material is gentle on my skin and does not irritate it.I was concerned that this neck fan would be too heavy or fall off my neck, but it is quite comfy. This fan, let me tell you, keeps me cool. It has three easy-to-adjust fan speeds; as the day heats up, I simply increase the speed. I charge it at night and can use it for up to 12 hours when completely charged.I love this fan so much that I purchased several as gifts. When my daughter attends all-day softball competitions, she uses this to keep herself cool in between games. This is a much better design than the double fan version I got. It looks sleek and feels almost like an apple product. The biggest improvement is the band stays in position so I don’t have to consistently readjusted like I had to for the old design.The fan blows air up the side of my face. It covers a long area along both sides. The air intake is drawing from inside. I suspect that’s to improve its appearance. The side appears more like a headphone.The neck area has rubber grip that stays in place much better. The old design is a hard smooth plastic so it slides all over the place. The air flow is about comparable, but because it stays in place and keeps constant airflow on point, it’s significantly better than the old one.

#1 reason i was not satisfied was it kept slipping when i moved and at one point fell of my neck.#2 reason I'm sending back item; the on and off switch is SO SENSITIVE!! it kept turning on in my bag, in the box.If there were not those issues it would work great. the air flow was cool, quiet, and I rarely needed to use it past medium. If you keep still and are just sitting or laying down it would probably be fine. i couldn't run, walk & couldn't bend my head down with out it falling off or slipping.

Worked perfectly at the zoo with my husband and 2 year old. I was able to do everything I needed to without hindrance or it falling. Kept me cool all day. I puy it on ky husband a couple of times and he enjoyed the cool down but I think he felt a little embarrassed wearing it. It's pretty cool looking so idk why. The power button is very sensitive and can easily go off in your bag. A slider switch would have been better. Or if it came with a hard carrying case to avoid that. That was the only negative. Regardless, it worked all of the hours there and I've used it again at home around the house doing chores so I don't have to crank up the AC. I'll use it on walks and probably working out as well. Great little unit.

My original review was not approved for some reason so I'm going to try again. The box came damaged and the unit was not sealed like you would expect. The fan had only 2 speeds vs 3 like advertised. It also didn't hold a charge well. I bought 2 and returned both seeing that I don't see anywhere how this product is labeled anywhere as a 2021 update. I would advise a hard pass on this.
