I can't really compare this to any other bee pollen as this is my first time trying it. I can say though that they suggest starting out with a few granules at first, and then work your way up to a heaping teaspoon full. I jumped right in with the heaping teaspoon full twice a day. It does have an earthy, musty taste to it, but hay, bees have chewed this into the granules, so what can you expect. It really doesn't taste bad to me. I can't say that there's been any magical effects after taking a bottle and a half of this, but then none of the stuff I've ever taken as a supplement has; and I've taken a lot of different stuff over my 59 years. I can say that I do feel a little 'off' when I've forgotten it.

Eco Bee Farms bee pollen has the best flavor of different brands I have tried. I bought this to compare the taste to the Fresh version. It does not taste nearly as sweet to me as Fresh. It still tastes better than others I tried and has the advantage that because it is dried, it does not need refrigeration. But I will stick with Fresh for the sweet taste. Both only have 2g of sugar per heaping teaspoon. It is pretty much the only low sugar sweet I can eat without spiking my blood sugar. Tried a variety of other sweets and sugar replacements and they either just don't work for me or present health issues. Dried would be good for baking where you add sugar for sweetness. Fresh is good for snacking or as a sprinkle topping.

I have been using this product for about 20 years, and it has been wonderful for my allergies. In addition, since I have been taking the bee pollen, I never have a cold or any kind of sinus infection. Living in Alabama with all the pollen, it is a wonderful supplement for me. I like being able to order it from Amazon.

I completely LOVE this product I add it to my smoothies all the time but I’ve also added to salads, oatmeal, yogurt pancakes and so much more. I love the energy it gives you clean none of that gittery stuff and it’s natural. Has a slick honey taste and dissolves perfectly !! Love it

I use this instead of HRT, it prevents hot flashes, and works great
