Blossom Bundt Pan ,Toffee

I've never had any issues with any Nordic Ware product. Always solid and meant to last. Work great and cleanup is easy. I always use bakers secret on them for easy release and cleanup. Never any issues and always bake evenly. Only thing I wish they would add are a tab with hole on one end so they can by hung on the wall if desired. Many great designs to choose from.

As someone who takes pride in being a fantastic baker (cookies and pound cakes are my thing!), this Bundt pan has completely stolen my heart—and the spotlight in m kitchen. I bake often, and this pan creates a showstopper every single time. The rose design is incredibly detailed and elegant—it comes out looking like a professioanlly made centerpiece, even before the glaze or powdered sugar touches it. The 10-cup size is perfect for my pound cake recipes, and because it’s cast aluminum, the baking is always even. No overdone edges no soggy bottoms—just a perfectly baked, golden brown beauty. It releases effortlessly with just a light coat of baking spray and dusting of flour. Every time I bring one of these cakes to a gathering, people ask where I got the pan before they even take a bite. If you’re serious about baking and presentation matters to you as much as taste this pan is an essential. It’s funcitonal, stunning, and just plain makes you feel fancy in the kitchen. Five stars all the way!!

This produces an attractive Bundt and is fairly forgiving as it doesn’t have any of the deep grooves as some of the other designs. I’ve used it for baking both cakes and a pull apart bread. For cakes it looks great with a dusting of icing sugar or a very thin glaze. If you put normal thickness icing, you’ll lose the definition of the pattern. With bread, I brush melted butter very liberally in the sides and tube and also put some in the base before adding the dough. For cakes, I use one part vegetable fat, one part vegetable oil and one part flour (or cocoa for dark cakes) as recommended by Nordic Ware and baking forums. Mix it together and store in the fridge. It lasts a couple of months. Baking spray with flour, Baker’s Joy, can also be used but unfortunately it’s not available where I live. Nordic Ware cast aluminium pans will be damaged in a dishwasher. Providing you grease them properly before baking, they shouldn’t be hard to wash. I use a soft bristle dishwashing brush, soapy water and a cheap disposable mascara wand for the nooks and crannies. Rinse off in clean water and it will look as good as new. Sadly only part if my rider arrived from A axon. I ordered another pan and after waiting nearly a month with it not turning up I requested a replacement, stating that I couldn’t get that pan in NZ and I was happy to wait for it. Instead they cancelled it immediately, refunded the money to a nun US credit card and told me to reorder it, which I won’t bother doing as the price has gone up significantly. I have also lost money with two currency exchanges and there is now import duty levied on the pan. As a warning to other overseas buyers, use Amazon with caution. Service can be very poor and the delivery charges can be as much, or more than the item itself. They cancel items from an order when they are still showing in stock and you lose any combined shipping discount. Five stars for the pan, but only one star for Amazon.

This was the first time I used the pan. The pictures are right out of the pan after cooking in it for 3 hrs. I sprayed my pan VERY WELL with PAM. The shine on if I quest is from the spray I used. THIS WAS LITERALLY GHE BEDT CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE I MADE. Ghe picture of the empty pan is after I put the cake on the cooking rack. NOTHING STUCK, THERE WAS LITERALLY NO SCRUBBING OR CLEANING. I just wet a towel & wiped it out & dried it. The pan is VERY STURDY BUG NOT REAL HEAVY BUT IT HAS SUBSTANCE. I LOVE THESE NORDIC PANS I HAVE 2 Bundt cake pans & 3 of the loaf pans. The design came out perfect. I’m making one for Christmas with red berries in the center with a lil powder sugar sprinkled on top. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. COOKS EVEN. I have a favor oven. Can’t edit to do ghd next cake in one of these NORDIC PANS.

This Bundt pan is nice and heavy, but the Toffee color is really ugly. I can get past that, but my cake didn’t come out well-defined. I always use baking spray that contains flour, so my cake didn’t stick, but it ended up being ugly. I’ve found that the ideal temperature for baking Bundt cakes in these pans is 325, regardless of what the recipe says. Anything higher and the cakes take too long to bake the middle, so the exterior comes out hard and over-baked. I always allow my cakes to cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes after removing them from the oven, and they come out of these cast aluminum pans without sticking. I also always hand-wash my Bundt pans with dawn dish detergent. Don’t ever put these in the dishwasher. As some have mentioned, the size is smaller than the older Bundt pans at 10 cups, but current cake mixes and many cake recipes are smaller, so it’s perfect for those. I find it still makes a good-sized cake for a crowd. The larger 12-15 cup Bundt pans are still available, if that’s what you want. Even though my cake was ugly, it baked evenly and tasted good! I’m sure if I had more patience, I could experiment more with recipes and get this shape to turn out better. It just isn’t my favorite design, but it could be yours.

Omg. Gorgeous pan, with a decent weight. Definitely a keeper, not one likely to quit too soon. I just turned out the most beautiful figgy pudding. Generous spray of Pam is all it took. This is my first Nordic Ware pan, and I will definitely be getting more. Completely outstanding
