We recently purchased two pairs of rings for our twin daughters, aged 4, as we were impressed by the matching earrings. However, upon trying to attach the rings, we encountered significant difficulties. It was impossible to screw the rings on properly after putting them on our daughters' ears. Despite multiple attempts by myself, my wife, my mother, and even our daughters' school teacher, we couldn't secure the rings. This issue occurred with both pairs, rendering our purchase a waste of money.We are extremely disappointed and unsure what went wrong with the product. We would appreciate any assistance or a response from the seller or product company to resolve this issue.
