So far, so good! I ordered the laptop battery last week and received it a day sooner than expected. It fit perfectly and appears to working very well. I was unaware that my laptop, an Acer Aspire E1 510P, has a tiny latch on the back that has to be opened with the tip of a pen in order release the battery from its compartment. The new battery doesn't come with installation instructions, but I was able to find a YouTube video demonstrating how to remove the old battery and install the new one. Of course, after viewing the video, the whole process was a piece of cake.

The order was received on time. After installing the battery it was about 1/8 inch too big. When I tried to open the laptop lid it hit on the battery. It would only allow the laptop to be about 90 degrees open. I was afraid it would break the lid at some point and decided to return the battery.

My original battery's charge wasn't lasting 45 minutes at 100%. I think the new battery lasts well over 2 hrs. Right now it's at 42% and says there are 1 hr and 10 mins remaining. My original battery lasted 3 years and I kept the laptop plugged in most of the time so I was probably pretty hard on it.

A few weeks later and it's still kicking. I had to wait because I previously bought batteries elsewhere and they'd die in like 2 weeks for some random reason.

This battery works great for my Acer laptop. The price is great!
