They work for the most part but these fans seem to break Armor Crate control. Silent/Performance/Turbo Mode seem to not make any difference anymore. Under load, fans will randomly spin up or spin down, regardless of the Mode or manual fan curve. Sometimes they are at 5000 rpm, sometimes at 3000, even if the temps haven't changed. At idle (2500 rpm), these fans are louder than stock. Uninstalling and reinstalling Armory Crate makes no difference. I guess it's still better than a broken fan. Update: Fans are perfect. Armory Crate is just awful. Uninstall and get GHelper instead. Fans now behave exactly how I want them to.

I examined what was in the package and besides a sticker, the part number and specs were exactly the same. It’s 100% compatible. (The asus part was blacked out with a marker). This can be good and bad. Mostly because the original fan failed in the first place, which means this one will fail eventually the same way and probably time frame. But for now it’s good, quiet and my laptop is working just fine under load. Get some thermal grease and a good toolkit.

These switched out easily and are working well. My laptop had a persistent and loud rattle. It is MUCH cooler now and near silent (but you can still tell when the fans kick in), so if you are considering the fan replacement and haven't done it yet... do it. Be very careful when removing the heat pipe/fan fixture. It is gooped pretty solidly onto the diodes and CPU/GPU, so you will need to apply some force to get it off. Apply this force as close to the CPU/GPU as possible or you are at serious risk of bending the heat pipes. I kinked my head pipe. Luckily it still works.

Bought these for my Asus Zephyrus G14 since the ball bearing in one of the fans started going haywire and making an awful noise. Outside of Amazon sending me freaking Black Truffles the first time around, when I let them know of their mistake they sent me the right product. Got these installed in about 20 minutes with the help of a YouTube video and my laptop is nice and quiet again. Excellent fans! Highly recommend. Now I've gotta figure out what the hell to do with black truffles.

I have purchased this set a while ago, but just got the chance to install it. One of the units (GPU) doesnt work. The working one is quite high quality though, does its job well. I guess if you are going to install it withing the return window amazon provides, this product is a good option. Otherwise not recommended

The gpu side fan was not working upon delivery but the cpu fan works very nice. If you don't mind gambling to see if you get 2 working fans these are fine enough.

It's not exactly better than the original fans and it makes a different kind of sound. But it works so here we are. 4/5

Not original but work fine with 2020 - GA401

Arrives before expected, very good product, perfect replacement. I replaced both fans for my 2020 G14. Works out perfectly. Finally do not have that annoying fan noise now.
