Kaadha is an ayurvedic drink prepared with several herbs and spices. It has been with us for centuries and a go-to drink for fighting off flu and the common cold. The good-old Kaadha is considered a great immunity booster because of its ingredients; which makes it an important drink during the ongoing global breakout. This decoction is popular for warding off seasonal infections and cranking up immunity. We have put together the most authentic kaadha by combining only natural ingredients including those you don’t normally find too easily. This special addition makes it a great drink even off-season! Preparing your kadha is super simple. Just pour 1.5 cups of water in a bowl. Add ½ tsp of immunity mix kadha powder and bring it to boil. Strain it and enjoy your warm drink! We recommend you to take it in the morning just after breakfast or when you come back home between 4 & 5 PM.
