These are great and help my digestive systems in good working order. Particularly when I am too busy or too lazy to cook a fully fibrous and nutritious meal.

Gentle on the stomach and aids digestion. Easy to swallow tablets. Bottle design is basic, but the supplement works effectively

I found these digestive enzymes ok. I think they probably helped with digestion with big meals, although I also wished I looked into which enzymes specifically I was looking for which foods. This supplement includes amylase, betaine, bromelaine, papain and papaya, which makes it more of a protein and carb or starch breaking enzyme. I don’t know if I noticed much of a difference, but I’m sure it helped a bit

I thought it would take some time for my body to adjust to taking something new but it worked immediately for both me and my teenager who loves milk but gets bloated when he drinks it. Not any more! Very happy with this purchase!
