Both pans work well on gas cooker, with the exception that the handle of the smaller one gets a bit burnt due to closer proximity to the flame, however it doesn't melt, only smells a bit.I've cooked all sorts on them and not had anything stick yet. Surprised to see a set like this for the price, very satisfied would recommend

I have the pair of frying pans and the single large with a lid so quite an investment purchase, and they are beautiful to look at. What I struggle with is that they are obviously NOT truly induction hob frying pans... I have a Neff induction hob and these pans will only work on the large double side of the hob. The two circle sections, the pans are either too large and only the centre heats up after a long time or with the smaller one, it won't turn on at all. I have had my hob for 6 years and the previous induction frying pans and woks worked without any bother or effort.

The media could not be loaded.  otherwise good pans so far, but I bought 2 pans (diff sizes) and both have a wobbly handle. I've attempted a fix, hopefully will work - but it is frustrating because it would have been easy to 'key' the 2 parts together so this couldn't happen: sloppy for German engineering.For the fix, I disassembled the handles and used J-B Weld high temperature epoxy all round the internal join area. After 3 weeks it's still solid.
