A Jam Pack Instructional Gem!
This author's sparring book was so good, I had to grab the 1st edition in his series and it's another Banger for sure! I am very well pleased with my purchase!

The best Muay Thai book on the subject.
I collect martial arts books, and I regard this one as the best on Muay Thai. Great pictures and step-by-step instructions, complete with short lists of "common mistakes". Very informative and to the point. Would be nice to have in full color, but I still rate it 5 stars.
