This machine is rejecting bills and there is nothing wrong with the bills, how to I fix this?

Hi, please make sure you have selected the correct currency using the CUR button. For example USD is US dollar. Then select the mode using the MODE button, select MIX to count mixed denomination bills. Then insert the bills correctly as shown on the machine.
