Delicious for beginners
Everything in this book is delicious and super easy to make. The ingredients could be in your cupboard if not in any food store. I would recommend the hard copy. As I bought the ebook version. I'm definitely ordering the book. It's a great reference to keep in your collection.

Zero disappointment!
The recipes in here are very good!! The book was well written. I appreciate how Isadora wrote how long the meals can be stored for. She gave a lot of good tips and even took the time to put in shopping list for each week. I know other of reviewers didn't like the fact that there are no pictures but if you can accept the challenge and get outside of your comfort zone it will be worth it. You will look at the finished creation and be pleasantly surprised and feel accomplished!! Just buy it!! Also you body will thank you!!

Interesting Recipes-No Pictures
What is a cookbook without pictures?!? I wish I would have noticed there were very few pictures of the prepared recipes. The recipes appear interesting and healthy. There is decent information and meal plans. However, I am someone who wants to see the completed food. If that describes you, you may want to skip this book.

Well it’s different
It’s a great recipe book for eating clean. It has great menus for the week. And for me I just tweak the recipes a little bit to sue myself. Have fun with that. I love it
