If you've watched the trailer, you'll know what this movie is about: Mike and Dave's sister is getting married. Their parents KNOW that, whenever their sons (who are a couple of train wrecks) get together for a family event, they ruin everything! They're hoping that, by forcing their sons to bring respectable dates to the wedding, they will be on their best behavior and the day will go off without a hitch. But since their sons and their dates happen to be played by the HILARIOUS Zac Efron, Anna Kendrick, Adam Devine, and Aubrey Plaza, we all know that some crazy s*** is about to happen, and their sister's wedding is doomed! And that is exactly that. There are no surprises; no hidden, life-altering meaning; nothing mind-boggling. It's just a straight-up goofy movie. But that's why I loved it! It was exactly what I had hoped for, and needed! Just a mindless, crazy, FUNNY movie! So if you're looking for a life-changing, critically acclaimed masterpiece that will satiate your artistic hunger---man, you are in the WRONG place! This film is not for you! As a matter of fact, if you're looking to get ANYTHING out of this movie, you will be sorely disappointed. BUT if you're looking for a goofy good time, where you can kick back, relax, and not have to wake even a SINGLE brain cell, then don't look any further. This movie is silly, mindless fun, and guaranteed to make you laugh!

I have watched a lot of comedies this year: Dirty Grandpa, Bad Moms, Daddy's Home, Neighbors 2. Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates blows them all out of the water. I absolutely loved this movie! It was hilarious, yet had enough heart that I could root for the characters. Zac Efron and Anna Kendrick made an awkwardly adorable couple, and Adam Devine and Aubrey Plaza were flat out hilarious. I only wish they had made an extended addition because some of the deleted scenes were great. I have been telling everyone who enjoys sort of raunchy comedies to watch this movie. I'd be the first in line to see another movie starring these four.

Great movie when the 2 actors were starting their careers doing funny skits

I gave this movie five stars. Yet it deserves six. It was so funny. If you like funny comedy movies this movie is for you.

Maybe I just needed a good laugh, but this movie had me rolling. Granted, it's juvenile, but it's not meant to be anything else. I loved it! I haven't seen a movie that I enjoyed like this one in a long time. I find most of the popular ones are overrated at best and wasn't even going to rent this movie, but I'm glad that I did. I had recently rented Neighbors 2 with Zac Efron and it was just an OK distraction, so I was hesitant to waste time watching another so-so comedy. This one delivered. The cast was great and the story kept my attention. If you like silly, young movies with a sexy twist, you'll love this movie. If you are looking for the meaning of life, move along - this isn't the film for you.

Two guys who don't have it all together are told by everyone to find "good girls" for their sisters wedding. Two girls who don't have it together see then on TV and decide to get a free trip to Hawaii being their dates. From how they meet until the very end it's a crazy very funny trip. LOTS of lol moments and a lot of heart too. Crazy funny movie.

Stupid but fun, in a good way. Anna Kendrick and Aubrey Plaza were great and their characters were written nicely. Which in a gross out style comedy is hard to do for some reason. Zac Efron and Adam DeVine were good as well, but there wasn't much risk in their characters. The movie doesn't take itself seriously and doesn't get bogged down with sentimental scenes like Wedding Crashers does. Alice Wetterlund was great as well, she shined in every scene she was in. She is good in Silicon Valley too.
