Excellent value if you're willing to prep them a little beforehand.
You can't beat the price but there are a few caveats. As-is the wires tend to fly off quite easily and if any part of your body is covering the plane of rotation they're going to hit you so you need to use very low RPM. If you have reasonably beefy pliers you can mitigate this quite a bit by crimping all around the metal disc. I have included two of my used wheels in the photo. Both were used to clean mineral deposits out of the threads of a hose bibb for a somewhat equal amount of time. The one on the right was used as it was out of the box at a very low RPM, while the one of the left was treated to a bit of crimping with my linesman's pliers and used at a slightly higher RPM. I still got pinged here and there with a few wires from the crimped one, but as you can see from the photo the left example came out relatively unscathed when compared to the example on the right. As far as I can tell all of these wire brush wheels from any manufacturer suffer from the same problem - including the name-brand ones - so I see no harm in going for quantity here and taking the preventative measure of crimping the metal disk prior to use.

Do not use at full speed!
As we are warned in the description of the product, "When using it, it is recommended the rotating speed not too fast."You can read in other reviews what happens when you miss that part of the description and work with the brushes - you'll end up looking like a brass porcupine as the wheels shed their wires at high speed. I speak from experience. At 1500 RPM these are considerably safer to use, and still very effective. I have gone as high as 2000 RPM, but after watching a wheel disintegrate at 3000 RPM I would not personally work with them above 2000 RPM. The results at 1500 RPM are quite good, removing paint and rust quickly and efficiently from the 100+ year old hand tools I have been restoring.

YOU'RE GONNA LOOK LIKE A VOODOO DOLL
I'm really just between don't like, and meh with these. These are a great price, especially when you compare them to the rotary tool name brand wire brushes. I like that they were cheaply bulk packed because honestly when I'm buying wire brushes I could care less about fancy packaging. I like that these are in stainless as well as brass. I envisioned using them to clean bolts and small car parts, working on firearms, just general purpose stuff. Problem is, you can barely use them they throw so many wires, even at low speeds. In my M12 rotary tool (which, btw, is totally sweet) if I use them above speed setting 2 they start throwing wires ... sometimes even before I contact the working material. Same problem in my original Dremel although I don't remember the speed settings I used on that (now that I have the M12 I haven't touched the dremel). At speeds above 4 they just shred themselves... and since they're relatively thin, soft wires the lower speeds aren't all that effective - not like using a heavier gauge wire in a low revolution drill. So great price, was all excited, but reality is I can really only use them for certain jobs and realize that they're probably going to be shot in a single job ... glad they come a bunch in a box because they go quickly. I also can't let a family member use them, they have no idea how to use an angle grinder safely and would never be able to use these safely without training. We've used our Dremel pretty constantly over the years, and they just aren't in the habit of armoring up to use it.IF YOU USE THESE PLEASE DRESS LIKE YOU'RE USING AN ANGLE GRINDER. EYE PRO ABSOLUTELY - I USE A FULL FACE MASK. LONG SLEEVES, LONG PANTS, HEAVY CLOTHING AND GLOVES. FOR REAL. I WAS PICKING THESE OUT OF MY T-SHIRT FOR LIKE A HALF HOUR AFTER JUST CLEANING OFF A COUPLE BOLTS.Will probably not order again, despite their attractive price. Just can't use them effectively enough at the super low speeds required to avoid looking like a voodoo doll. I would gladly pay twice as much for higher quality.

Highly recommended
These are amazing. I've been cleaning engine parts to rebuild and paint. Was going through too many expensive brushes so I figured why not try out the cheap ones and if they don't work; "oh well, they were cheap". Not the case! These are 100 times better than any Dremel brand wire brush I've used. Started out at the standard Dremel 1500RPM and no flying wires so I bumped it up to about 2000rpm with no issues at all. One part in particular with lots of nooks and crannies I went through 3 Dremel wheels and barely got halfway done. It only took ONE of these to finish! I have ordered 2 more of these even though I have no current projects to use them on. I want them around for future use so I don't have to run out to get 1 for $4 when I need it. I don't know what people are doing with these that are making the bristles fall out so much. The only way I got one to fail was by jamming it into a crevice I knew was too tight and knew it would destroy the brush. It still took longer than expected to ruin it.

A nice value
I've used these to clean up some rusty chrome and plain steel before polishing or painting. I'm probably expecting them to work a miracle and last forever, but they do wear down. I have a two speed Dremel. I find that running these at the slower speed allows them to last longer. If I run at the high speed, they disappear rather fast. WEAR Protective Glasses as the bristles do come off as I am using them, even at the slower speed. Fortunately, there were enough of them in the package to more than do the work I needed. I'm using the brass ones mostly as they seem to not damage the chrome too much (it is pitted quite a bit). I then use chrome polish and buffing wheels to get the shine back (at least from a distance!).

OK Product
I used both the Brass and the Steel brushes to clean rust off a damaged area on my vehicle. They did the job but seemed to lose wire fibers rapidly.- used up the two wheels within only a few minutes. Any user should be aware of this and wear gloves and googles to avoid flying bits of wire. For the money this product is probably a good deal.

Good but annoying if used high speed
These are good little brushes to use with Dremel or similar but beware .....keep the speed down or the little wires fly out quite often so wear glasses and be prepared to be picking tiny sharp wires from your clothes for a few days after using them .....
