Great pump, packaging was inadequate.
The pump was delivered in the box it came in without padding. The adapters were broken. I had to run down to the hardware store last minute. Pump was solid.

It does improve RO water output.
This pump does help improve RO water production, but it can be LOUD if mounted directly to a surface that can act like a "soundboard." I mounted to a stud wall and the 60 cycle hum was load in certain areas. I fixed it by creating a vibration isolating mount.

Doesn’t come with the transformer box.
Works great but you need to buy the transformer box separate.
